No audio when convert mkv. codecs are installed

mkv files are converted with no audio present. I have k-lite codecs installed.
I have tried different settings, still no audio

Hi John, could you please do the following:
Please run the Convert Video program and add your MKV file to the Source File list. Click on the file with a right mouse button and choose Information. Send us a screen shot of the appeared window to support@movavi.com.

We will check the issue and try to help you as soon as possible.
