Be able to put Close Capture when I watch a movie

Being hard of hearing I would like to either have the main menu show so I can turn on close capture or have it in the settings so I can activate it.

Could you please clarify - you'd like to have the feature of zooming in and out during the recording?

I am hard of hearing and have a rough time hearing the movie, so I would like to be able to have the words(close capture) show on thje screen so I know what they are saying.
