To get the MAXIMUM quality from the H264 encoder

The best evolution for to get high quality AVI files using an encoder is the H264 (AVC Advanced Video Codec) encoder.
But, if the "Movavi Video Comverter" internal H264 encoder, is NOT set for the maximum quality (Format profile HIGH@L5.0 ) ,We get a diminished result without a valid motivation !
The question is : Why not, to give the possibility to the end user of "Movavi Video Converter" the ability, to set the program for to get the MAXIMUM quality from this (and others) encoder format ?
