I'm using gopro and I usually take video with 2.7k or up but your software is only support 1080... is it possible.... hope you can help

Hello Lok, Movavi Video Converter 14 technically is able to convert videos of such size. To get output video of such size you need to select one of HD presets from 'HD video' group, open preset settings and manually enter preferred resolution values.
