Movavi 10 does not convert .mp4 on my computer

When I try to convert a .mp4 from my phone camera to mpeg1, I get an error description of "The connection with the external conversion module failed." I installed this same software on a computer at work in the 30 day trial mode, and it works fine, except for the periodic messages in the video.

My computer at home is a 200Mhz Pentium MMX with 96MB RAM and 10GB hard drive running Windows XP SP3. Computer at work is also running XP SP3, no network connection, not sure what hardware.
