How to rip a dvd including its chapter structure?

I am pleased about movavi especially how the developpers managed the tradeoff between ease of use and the power of a huge functionality. But it either seems that I oversaw an obvious possibility to rip a dvd to mp4 (eg) without loosing its chapter...

Program never worked for me. Wasted money!!!!!

Registration key won't work. Convert a pain!

Had to reformat my computer. Re-installed 3 Movavi products from original downloads using original Reg Keys. Two of the products activated. The Converter will not recognize the key. The keys had all been saved and reentered using COPY and PASTE -...

TRIAL VERSION that is not a TRIAL VERSION

A so-called TRIALl version (Video Converter) that imposes limits, i.e. watermarks or conversion time limits, are not trial versions. It is dishonest and misleading to advertise them as such. Shame on you!

Movavi 10 does not convert .mp4 on my computer

When I try to convert a .mp4 from my phone camera to mpeg1, I get an error description of "The connection with the external conversion module failed." I installed this same software on a computer at work in the 30 day trial mode, and it works...

Antworten Sie bitte in deutscher Sprache. Beim Laden einer m2ts-Datei zwecks Konvertierung in das Format MPEG erhalte ich seit kurzem die Fehlermeldung "Falscher Parameter". Ic h besitze die moavi-Version Converter Standard-12 seit dem 27.02....
